Despite its name Envoplast Plus actually subtracts one expensive and hard-to-procure ingredient from the mix: sand. This unique ready-mix cement plaster only needs water and it’s ready to be applied on a variety of surfaces, from brick and block to stone walls and concrete. Method of Use
Surface Preparation
Mixing
- EnvoPlast should be applied with hand and care should be taken that it doesn’t have direct exposure to sunlight, wind and rain during it’s application
- Mix ~20% of water to each 50 kg bag of Envoplast+ readymix plaster. At the site, add water as needed until the desired consistency is obtained.
- Mix thoroughly for five to ten minutes using either a trowel or mechanical mixer. Let the mix stand for about five minutes. Mix once more just before using.
Application
If it is to be used on AAC blocks, concrete blocks or concrete surfaces, ensure to apply cement slurry before plastering.
Spread the mixture evenly for a smooth finish You only need to maintain a thickness of 6 to 12 mm to avoid any cracks being formed. Do not exceed this thickness.
For optimum results, cure two to three times for five to seven days.
Finishing
- Different finish can be obtained by using trowel for smooth finish, sponge for rough finish and spray can for dotted rough finish.
